THE HOME OF THE EOS LIGHTNING

We are a U15 Girls State Cup Team and a proud member of the East Orange Soccer Club (EOS). Our team is based out of Orlando, Florida and participates in the Florida Soccer League.

THE EOS LIGHTNING WAY

The EOS Lightning's training methods and play are based on European and South American Systems which have been successful in England, Italy, Spain, Argentina and Brazil. The coach uses a mixture of both systems putting together a training program that brings all the characteristics of modern soccer in a fun environment. This approach develops fast pace play and highly develop individual skills. The Lightning are very dedicated to this approach to training, conditioning and play.
